Racism and Renewing Our Society
The Jesuit charism is to be Contemplatives in Action. Please read our statement as we hope to encourage the reader towards both contemplation and action.
Motivated by the integration of faith and justice, our programs and retreats offer formation and renewal to youth and adults, strengthen families, and build community in the Ignatian tradition.
What's Going on at Casa?
Dia de los Muertos
"Day of the Dead" honors the souls who have gone before us in this life and presents the opportunity to give thanks for them. This Mexican tradition dates back about 3000 years and has adapted to find its place alongside the Christian holy days of All Saints and All Souls. Here's the altar that was organized at Casa Romero.
"Liberate the Good"
We hosted our first Liberate the Good event on Nov. 13th. Surrounded by food, music and art, attendees got to hear firsthand about the impact of their donations. Thanks to all who participated.
Giving Tuesday is December 3rd...
